Slam Balls (SB-Series)

These are heavy duty sand filled balls that can be used for a variety of exercises. Gympak Slam Balls are designed with a tough rubber shell and filled with air and sand to create a no-bounce medicine ball which thrown at the wall or floor.

The exercise that these are designed around is the ‘slam’.  Slams are usually done at a quick repetitive pace and with maximum effort and little or no rest in between.  Timing and intervals can vary greatly depending on your focus;  however, slam exercises can be a great way to improve your core and rotational strength.  The aggressive and violent motion of a slam will further improve your explosiveness wherever it may be used.

This ball has no bounce and will rest on the floor when slammed, reducing injuries.  An improved texture also give you better grip when handling the slam ball.
